Aloha from Maui!,

I have lived in Maui nearly 4 decades and I honestly still love it! Of course the weather is amazing, but I love the small town community saturated with ALOHA spirit. I grew up in Arizona, followed my high school sweetheart to the island of Maui in the late 80’s, where we later married and raised our 2 sons. Today my son’s are both married and I am a proud & happy Mimi to my grandson.

I am a seasoned agent at our Coldwell Banker Island Properties Shops of Wailea office, I have an eye for detail, I believe in giving my clients a 5-star real estate experience EVERY time, I pride myself in my response time, professionalism and work ethic. You will find me easy to communicate with, friendly, extremely patient and a wealth of knowledge about South Maui living. I am an avid spinner, walker, yogi & love my power pump classes at Maui Powerhouse Gym.

Giving back to our community is something that I whole-heartedly believe in and have instilled those same believes into my 2 sons. I was a volunteer for Kihei Little League Baseball for 19 years, I volunteered at Kamali’i Elementary School for 10 years assisting teachers in classrooms and attending field trips, I have been a team mom every year since 1998 until my youngest son graduated from high school in 2015, I also enjoyed volunteering at St. Anthony Jr. Sr. High School, Seabury Hall, Hope Chapel and assisting with serving the homeless meals at Ka Hale A Ke Ola Homeless Shelter. I annually support Vertical Sports Maui & the Hawaii Community Foundation.

I do not need to sell you on Maui….it will sell itself. But it would be my pleasure to guide you on your journey to purchasing your piece of paradise, downsizing, upsizing or making that move onward to another part of the world.

What can’t I say about working with Sherrie. We had a very unique situation, selling a condo and buying a new home all at the same time with a very short window to make it happen. Sherrie went above and beyond to facilitate everything, even while she went on a short planned vacation. Sherrie remained in constant communication in what turned out to be a challenging situation. We would not use anyone else! She has exceptional experience and knowledge and would be an asset to any buyer or seller. Sherrie was wonderful to work with. She knows her business, tailors her approach to her clients and kept on top of everything from start to finish. It's nice having her as a local resource since we moved from a different area on island. It's so important to have a realtor you can trust, being that it's such a large investment. Sherrie was absolutely amazing to work with as our realtor when buying a house in Kihei. We moved to Maui from CA and she helped make the transition as smooth as possible. Initially, Sherrie would send us listings of relevant houses the same day they hit the market. She also advised us of how to put together the strongest offer to get accepted. Then when we came to look at houses she set us up with a great itinerary in different cities to see an assortment of properties. Once it came time to offer she did a great job setting realistic expectations and helping us understand the different contingency periods in Hawaii. Sherrie was amazingly responsive and I loved how she explained each document in detail before we DocuSigned anything. In addition to being an amazing professional, Sherrie is a very nice, kind person that was a pleasure to work with too, who was genuinely concerned for our well being. We will be forever grateful to her.

Sherrie is a very professional, gracious, and experienced agent. She knows the Hawaii Real Estate Market and helped my wife and i through the process on a couple of occasions in both buying and selling our condo in Hawaii. She went above and beyond in helping me with various items that needed to be taken care off during the sell. Her knowledge with real estate documentation is exceptional. Sherrie helped me with the various document submittals to ensure they were correctly filled out and submitted on time. Lastly, Sherrie did exceptional work with the buyers agent and buyer to bring the deal to closure. Sherrie is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The negotiations for the sale was a very slow process with constant change requests by the seller. Sherrie handled things well and moved the process along, breaking an impasse. We had a 3 hour time zone difference, but Sherrie was always available and easy to reach. As expected, allways very professional yet very approachable and down to earth.

Sherrie was an absolute pleasure to work with on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our condo. She made the entire process stress-free with her expert knowledge of the industry and the area. Her contacts and reputation within the community resulted in quick results, regardless of the request. She stayed on top of every deadline, even prompting the other entities involved, to make sure that Closing stayed on schedule. She was extremely responsive, and anticipated potential difficulties that we would never have seen coming.
